What is EnduranceCon?

EnduranceCon is a two-day running, fitness, and endurance festival that celebrates competition and fun in endurance sports such as running, cycling, and swimming. The event will include interactive experiences, sample races, demonstrations, informative panels, storytelling from athletes, music, food, and meetups with existing and new race and training partners.

Where can I park?

The Long Beach Convention & Entertainment Center has more than 4,000 parking spaces around the Center in three parking garages and one ground level parking lot. Parking is $15 per car per entry to any of the Center's lots.

Safety and Security

Lost and Found: What do I do if I find/lose something?

Please bring all found items to the Security Office. If you’re looking for something that you lost, please check the Security Office.

What are the security expectations at EnduranceCon?

The safety and security of our staff, exhibitors and attendees is our priority. We work closely with the venue, corporate security, state, local and federal law enforcement authorities to identify risks, assess them and develop security plans for our events. We have appropriate policies in place that cover safety, harassment, weapons, props, lost children, and everything in between.

What if I’m harassed?

Harassment of any kind, including stalking, deliberate intimidation, unwelcome physical attention, physical assault and battery, will not be tolerated at EnduranceCon. If it's illegal outside the convention center, it's illegal inside the convention center. Harassment is grounds for removal from the convention without refund as well as potential legal action. We want EnduranceCon to be a safe, open and accepting environment for all attendees, and if you find yourself victim of harassment at the convention please come immediately to the EnduranceCon Show Office. 

Other Useful Information

Can I take pictures/video at the show?

For the most part, you're welcome to take still pictures and video at EnduranceCon; however, please note that all photography and recording is prohibited during some activities, which will be clearly indicated by signage.

Please note that the Long Beach Convention & Entertainment Center does not allow drones at the Facility.

Will I be on camera?

In purchasing this ticket and in consideration for being admitted to the event, the holder consents to being recorded (by audio, visual and/or other means) for exhibition and exploitation by any means in all media now known or hereafter devised worldwide in perpetuity. Holder also hereby: (1) releases Reed Exhibitions from any liability for loss or damage to persons or property, infringement of any right or any other claim or course of action of any kind; (2) authorizes and permits Reed Exhibitions and its designees which include but are not limited to all sponsors, exhibitors and contractors to use and authorize the use of his/her name, voice, likeness and all reproductions thereof by any means and in all media now and hereafter know for all purposes worldwide in perpetuity; and (3) agrees to comply with all rules and regulations of the event. Holder agrees not to make any recordings of any kind at designated activities without the express written permission of Reed Exhibitions. We reserve the right to deny entry or remove from the event facilities any person who in our sole and absolute discretion is behaving or threatening to behave in a manner which we reasonably consider to be disruptive of the event.

And Now a Word From Our Legal Team...

Tickets and/or tickets (“tickets”) for the event (“Event”) are non-refundable and non-transferable and cannot be reproduced, resold or upgraded. The unauthorized resale or attempted resale of the ticket is prohibited and will constitute a forfeiture of the ticket without compensation. Each ticket must be used by the same person (the “Attendee”) for each day of the Event. The Event’s operating hours, schedules, guests and speakers are subject to change or cancellation without notice. Each ticket is a revocable license to attend the Event. All panels, autographing, photo ops, special events, show features and performances are subject to availability and access is not guaranteed and/or may require an additional fee. Reed Exhibitions is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. There are hazards and risks of physical injury or illness to Attendees of the Event and that not all such hazards or risks can be fully eliminated. By accepting this ticket (at time of purchase) and attending the Event, the Attendee freely and voluntarily agrees to assume the full risk of bodily injury or property damage, regardless of severity, or death that Attendee may sustain as a result of attending the Event, whether or not caused by the negligence or gross negligence of Reed Exhibitions.
